Vegemite Ramen
Calling Vegemite and Marmite lovers, this ramen will be your new favourite go-to recipe that is quick and easy to make in the middle of a busy working week. Delicious silky noodles tossed in vegemite and topped with a soft-boiled egg all completed in 15 minutes. This is a quick lunch or dinner recipe for when you don't have the time or energy to make anything too fancy or complicated.

Firstly, cook the noodles then set aside. Then heat a large frying pan over high heat and melt half the butter with 1 tbsp oil in the pan. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
Stir through the Vegemite/Marmite and remaining butter. Add the noodles, tossing to coat evenly.
Then combine half the stock and cornflour in a small jug. Stir in the remaining stock and pour the stock mixture over the noodles. Continue to cook and stir for 1-2 minutes until thickened and well combined.
Divide among 4 serving bowls.
Return the pan to heat and heat the remaining oil. Then add the eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny.
Place an egg on each bowl of noodles and top and sprinkle sesame seeds and shredded seaweed snacks to serve.
