Pizza Quesadilla
Craving a pizza but not craving the calories? This quesadilla has everything you would love on your pizza, and even better as it is done in just 15 minutes and is a healthy alternative. It doesn't require that much time or effort and is a real crowd pleaser. This High Protein meal will satisfy your hunger in no time. Have a go at it for your next on-the-go lunch or just a quick afternoon snack that even the kids will love. Use as many or as little ingredients as you like and enjoy a combination of flavours to your own specific taste.

To a bowl add the chopped-up chicken, pizza sauce, cheese and chopped basil (plus any additional ingredient of choice) and mix all together.
Then heat a pan over medium-low heat and spray with cooking spray. Place a tortilla wrap in the centre.
Add the mixture of toppings to one-half of the tortilla wrap and allow to cook for a few minutes.
Fold over the half of the tortilla without toppings on top of the half with toppings.
Continue heating the tortilla at medium heat then flip over to crisp the other side.
Cook until tortilla is browned, and cheese is melted to desired consistency. Serve hot!
