- 2 tsp neutral oil (sunflower)
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp boiling water

- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic infused oil
- 1/2 tsp crushed ginger
- 1/2 cup long grain/white rice
- 1/2 small cucumber
- 160g bok choy (pak choi)
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 large lime
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
