Ingredients:

The Dough
 285 g Low fat Greek yoghurt
 40 g whole wheat self-raising flour
Pizza
 ½ tsp cornmeal
 75 g tomato/ pizza sauce
 170 g mozzarella, shredded
 couple of basil leaves

Directions:

To make the dough, place self-rising flour in a large bowl. Add yoghurt and stir with a fork until a shaggy dough forms. ​ Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth, about 8 minutes. ​ Add a few tablespoons water if the dough seems dry or a few tablespoons flour if it is sticky.​ ​

To make the pizza, place a large baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven and pre-heat to 260C. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 12- to 14-inch round shape. Sprinkle a pizza peel with cornmeal; place the dough on top. Spread sauce over the surface, leaving a 1/2-inch border. ​ Sprinkle with cheese, then scatter basil over the top. ​ Bake until the crust is nicely browned and the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.​ Enjoy!
