Two Ingredient Dough Pizza
Craving some pizza but without the faff? The recipe calls for just 2 ingredients, Greek yoghurt and whole wheat self-raising flour. This homemade pizza can be made in no time and does not require that much effort or time at all, making it a dinner party favourite that you can whip up with friends. Customise your pizza by picking and choosing your favourite toppings to make it your own!

To make the dough, place self-rising flour in a large bowl. Add yoghurt and stir with a fork until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth, about 8 minutes.
Add a few tablespoons water if the dough seems dry or a few tablespoons flour if it is sticky.
To make the pizza, place a large baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven and pre-heat to 260C.
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 12- to 14-inch round shape.
Sprinkle a pizza peel with cornmeal; place the dough on top. Spread sauce over the surface, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
Sprinkle with cheese, then scatter basil over the top.
Bake until the crust is nicely browned and the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
