In a bowl mix the oats, chicken seasoning, and breadcrumbs, then set aside.
Cut chicken into strips and dip each into the egg whites and then into the oats mixture.
Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and cook the coated chicken breasts.
Also, heat the wraps in a pan or oven and then spread some mayo, lettuce and chopped tomatoes in the centre.
Once the chicken has cooked, add it to the wrap and top up with some chilli sauce before rolling up and enjoy!
