This Oat Chicken Wrap will not only satisfy your cravings and hunger but also makes it ideal for eating on the go. Try your next wrap with oats-coated tender chicken strips, lettuce, tomatoes and lots of sweet chili sauce. Delicious and easily customizable to your own taste. This Sweet Chili Chicken Wrap is also a perfect post-workout snack with its high-protein and low-carb content. ​

Ingredients:

 2 mini tortilla wraps
 2 egg whites
 120 g chicken breast
 15 g rolled oats
 20 g breadcrumbs
 1 tsp chicken seasoning
 15 g light mayonnaise
 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
 handful of lettuce
 handful of cherry tomatoes

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl mix the oats, chicken seasoning, and breadcrumbs, then set aside.

Cut chicken into strips and dip each into the egg whites and then into the oats mixture.

Step 2

Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and cook the coated chicken breasts.

Also, heat the wraps in a pan or oven and then spread some mayo, lettuce and chopped tomatoes ​in the centre.

Once the chicken has cooked, add it to the wrap and top up with some chilli sauce before rolling up and enjoy!
