These Low-calorie pancakes could be easily mistaken for regular ones! Enjoy your favourite breakfast even on a diet. Top with delicious berries, sugar free syrup or this wonderful chocolate sauce. It's high protein content will also keep you full and satiated for longer and will provide you with the energy to do an intense workout without feeling any burnout. A wonderful low-fat breakfast option for the whole family to enjoy!​

Ingredients:

 150 g egg whites
 1 banana
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp cinnamon
 20 g sweetener (stevia, erythritol)
 1 serving of protein powder of choice
 5 g baking powder
 berries of choice
Optional Low Calorie Chocolate Sauce
 15 g chocolate protein powder
 water (add until reach desired creamy consistency)

To a blender add ingredients starting with egg whites, mashed banana, vanilla extract, cinnamon, natural sweetener and choice of protein powder as well as baking powder. Blend all together until creamy consistency.

Heat a pan under medium heat and spray some cooking spray to cook the pancakes. (around 2 minutes on each side).

Slowly begin adding water to the protein powder until reaches desired runny consistency.​

Drizzle chocolate and top with berries of choice!
