Ingredients:
Directions:
Start by grating the cheese and finely chop your fresh basil. Place the ground chicken, cheese, mayonnaise, eggs, flour, chives, and basil in a deep bowl and stir well. Add the salt for taste. Season the mixture with black pepper.
Heat a large frying pan over a stove, and drizzle with olive oil. Wait until the oil is hot. Use a ¼ cup measurement to scoop up the chicken and make fritters.
Move the fritters to the pan, and flatten them with a spatula, (or a spoon). Fry each side for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
Add more oil according to the need. Once the chicken is completely cooked, place the fritters on a paper towel, so it soaks all the oil.
To make the Aioli, mix the mayonnaise, lemon Zest, lemon Juice, and garlic-infused oil in a bowl. Mix until smooth, and then season it with salt and pepper.
And that’s it. You’re cheesy chicken fritters are ready to be served with Aioli!
