Combine all the spices in a container. Meanwhile, press the tofu and crumble into smaller pieces squeezing any excess water.
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and add tofu to cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat whilst stirring frequently.
Add 2 tbsp of the spice mix with 3 tbsp of plant-based milk and continue cooking ands stirring.
Serve tofu scramble on toast or with a side of a salad.
