Low Protein Butter Chicken

Low Protein Butter Chicken
A traditional rich and creamy Indian recipe modified to a low-calorie alternative. This recipe is made with spiced tomatoes and substituted nut butter to provide a healthier version with no spare on any flavours. The outcome, a dreamy still buttery sauce-coated tender chicken on a warm bed of rice! This family favourite is high in protein by substituting the ingredients, without compromising on the great taste that comes through in every mouthful. If you don't fancy rice, this Butter Chicken is just as good with a bit of naan bread.
